I am beyond pleased with this company!! Two weeks ago, someone broke out windows out of 6 cars here at my apartment community, mine being one of them. Come to find out, they no longer make the back window for my van. Jared,Terri and I worked on locating one. I found two available at Pic n pull here in Vancouver. I went to make sure they were in good shape. Both were in great shape. They sent their installer Jose out to pull it for me and come to my home and install the window. I can honestly say, I have never been treated with such respect until working with these guys! I also want to thank Jose and his son for all their hard work pulling the window and installing for me here at my home. So grateful 😁😁😁😁🍀🙏

Thank you! My rear window was shattered and I use my car for my work (Uber, Lyft, Amazon, ETC,) I asked them to get to my house as soon as possible in the morning. Nick L. rearranged his schedule to get to my house by the promised time of 11am. This made it possible for me to go out in the afternoon to make some money! I also received a lifetime warranty which gives me piece of mind! Nick L was very professional and finished the job quickly and for less than some other companies I received quotes from! My initial request for a quote was put in on a Wednesday night, they responded that night with a good price. They were at my truck installing the window at 9AM Thursday morning. If/when the time comes, I'll be using them again. Great work, great price and quick service.

My car window was broken last night (that's what I get for being in Portland). After getting a $400 quote from Safelite, I decided to look around more. I called Vancouver Auto Glass Services this morning and got an appointment this afternoon with a 2 hour window. Nick showed up at my work on time, got my keys, and worked on my car as I went back to my own work. In less than an hour my window was fixed. His vacuum wasn't working, so he reduced my fee and offered to come back next week if I wanted it cleaned up. They are mobile service only - and they don't charge extra for showing up where you are. Great experience with the company and Nick - thanks!

I am very picky about my BMW , these two young men arrived and got right to work. Removed wipers and other components. Then using a series of tools freed the windscreen from the auto. It was interesting to see , I had never had this experience. My State Farm agent suggested I use this company . Thank you , I will call again.

After having two side glass windows smashed out of my Volkswagen I called the local dealership and they gave me quote over $600 and asked me to drop the car off the next day leaving me without transportation, so after searching the web I found Vancouver Auto Glass Services. Once they called me with a price of $328 which included mobile service to my work place it was an easy choice to make.
